LOISVEN does not require registration, user accounts, login, authorization, or profile creation to use the Application.

The Application does not collect personal information from you when you download or use it.

• No name, email address, phone number, or account details are requested inside the Application.
• No registration or authorization is required.
• No precise location data is collected.
• No personal app usage data is transmitted to LOISVEN servers.
• No advertising identifiers are collected by LOISVEN for tracking or profiling.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, standard technical protocol data may be processed by network infrastructure or distribution platforms to deliver connectivity. LOISVEN does not retain this data or use it for tracking.

3. Local App Data

Hydration Goal Planner may let you enter hydration goals, quick-add drink amounts, reminder preferences, and intake logs. This information is used only to provide the app functionality on your device.

LOISVEN does not receive this information, does not store it on company servers, and does not use it to identify you.

4. Data Retention

LOISVEN does not retain personal data from Hydration Goal Planner because the Application does not collect or transmit personal data to LOISVEN.

Any app information that exists locally on your device remains under your control and is kept only as long as it remains on your device. LOISVEN has no access to this local information and cannot retrieve it from our systems.

If you voluntarily contact LOISVEN by email, your message may be retained only for as long as needed to respond, provide support, comply with applicable legal obligations, or maintain basic business records.

The Application may allow you to schedule hydration reminders. Reminder settings are used to show notifications on your device and are not collected by LOISVEN.

You can disable notifications at any time through the Application settings or your device notification settings.

Since LOISVEN does not collect personal app data, LOISVEN does not share personal app data with third parties.

The Application may be distributed through Google Play. Google may process data under its own policies as part of app distribution, downloads, crash reporting, payment handling if applicable, and platform security. LOISVEN does not control Google Play's independent processing activities.

8. Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by local law. LOISVEN does not knowingly solicit, collect, or store personal information from children through the Application.

If you believe a child has voluntarily provided personal information to LOISVEN outside the Application, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
